Definition Sandy marl interval, often with a ferruginous section in its lower part. This member is locally strongly reduced in thickness, hampering distinction between the Middle Brabant Limestone and Upper Brabant Limestone Members. Early to Late Callovian age (Dogger-7 to -z; Herngreen and de Boer (1978) ).
