Light yellow, light grey to brown grey fine to very coarse sand, gravelly (up to boulder size).

Depositional setting

Subglacial fluvial, washed out following original deposition by ice.

Gradual transition into till (Gieten Member, Drente Formation).

Definition of upper boundary

Generally, sharp contact with aeolian and local river sand (Boxtel Formation).
