Definition The Z1 Upper Anhydrite Member is a unit in which anhydrite forms the dominant lithology, with variable amounts of dolomite stringers and clay. The lateral transition into the Z1 Middle Claystone Member is gradual. The unit is only recognised in the presence of an underlying Z1 Salt Member.
